In my research, I collated (with the help of Veerle's blog) some articles on CSS-based design VS HTML table tag-based design.

I know Tag Clouds are cool and all that. But clouds for images like this has got to be ridiculous. I can't even see those small little websites screenshots.

SMS is a nice Ajax version of the classic game Battleship.

The interface is great but it seems to lag a lot. Probably the servers are a tad overloaded. You can drag and drop the pieces into the game and clicking basically bombs the other player's area. Hmmm… If it was me, since its multiplayer and all, they should overload the game and have it to be, well, a multiplayer game instead of just a two player game.

Imagine a gigantic map where people place their own pieces and then just bomb away. Since its more than 2 players, probably they dont need to take turns. It can be like a 5 on 5 game on a 32 by 32 grid area with 20 ships hehehe… =)

Canvas for WordPress Sunday, May 28, 2006

So Canvas is this revolutionary way to "rearrange, reconfigure and colorize your entire blog without ever touching a line of code." I have a feeling that Google is going to somehow grab these guys sooner or later.

I mean, Google Pages is great and all, but I've used it and its still far from being easy to use and flexible+powerful at the same time. But just look at this Canvas thing. Wow! Its the true CMS I might say. Even Dreamweaver doesn't provide us with such ease to organize web content.

I just hope WordPress.com tries to accomodate Canvas soon. It will be interesting to try out hehehe =)
